Spring is Here!

Today I look outside and really appreciate springtime. The weather is beautiful, the trees are blooming, and I hear birds chirping as I walk outside. This is by far my favorite time of year.

The weather makes it so easy to want to be outside and do activities. I love playing tennis, going for a bike ride, or even playing catch with a baseball. I hope everyone gets the chance to be outside and enjoy the weather this weekend.

Vacation Stories

I always look forward to upcoming vacations. You plan and plan and then finally your departure day arrives. I recently took a weekend trip to Orlando and loved every minute of it.

After a lot of careful consideration we decided to spend our one full day going to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. We arrived 20 minutes before the park opened and to our surprise they let us in. We ran to the first roller coaster and walked right on…this is unheard of. So we pressed our luck and went to the second ride and again walked right on. This turned out to be the story of our day. I went on several Orlando vacations growing up and 90% of the time ended up standing in long lines for every single ride.

So after spending a memorable twelve hours riding all the rides we wanted we went home very happy travelers.

Orlando, Here I Come!

I am very excited about my upcoming trip to Orlando. No matter what you enjoy doing there is something for everyone there. I should know since I’ve been researching for my upcoming trip.

I remember several family vacations where we would all hop in the car and drive to Orlando to go to Disney World. No matter how old you are you can become a child again in this magical place.

Does anyone have fun stories about their trip to Orlando?

Any favorite rides or attractions at Disney World?
